Metso ST 2.4
The Pre Screen Metso Lokotrack ST2.4 sets a new standard in terms of set-up time. All that is required to transform the screen from transport to operating position is to unfold the conveyors, set the screen angle and raise the feeder up hydraulically. The Pre Screen Metso ST2.4 is used as primary scalper in top soil and natural sand applications. It is suitable in multistage crushing processes to split the products eg. between the primary and secondary crusher. Depending on applications plate grizzlies, fingers, punch plates or wire meshes can be used on the top deck.

Pre Screen Metso
Metso ST 2.8
The stickier the feed material the more throw needed in the scalping screen. Pre Screen Metso ST2.8 has the biggest eccentric throw on the market to make it the best unit for the screening of top soil, demolition waste and river gravel. Additionally, Metso ST2.8 can be fine tuned even for sand applications. The clearance under the screen has been increased by 20% and the bottom deck area is larger compared with ST272.
Lokotrack ST2.8 is used as primary scalper in top soil and natural sand applications.
